This is Dan. The third country we visited with our friends was France. We were in Paris for 3 nights and we made the most of it for sure! Then we did a day trip to Versailles, which was close enough to Paris. We all really like Paris.
| The first day we did a river cruise down the Seine River and we saw a lot of the cool sights that we got the chance to see very close up later. |
| This is the view we had from the top of the Eiffel Tower. It was sunset and obviously insanely pretty. And when I threw a hastily made paper airplane (made out of the Eiffel Tower brochure), it went so far that it was still flying when it went too far away to see! Epic. |
| This was taken right before we went up The Tower, and it is a candid that represents all of us quite well, I thought. |
| The Palace of Versailles was over the top. Don't ask me why Louis built it, but he did, and it is quite magnificent. |
| The guys messin around after visiting The Palace. |
| This is one of the beautiful churches in Paris, that we went to. |
| We all went to the Arc de Triomphe at sunset. |
| We made it to the Louvre, and we went straight to the Mona Lisa, so that we did not miss it. For this picture we had to, for about a solid 4 minutes, use the wedge formation to burst the crowd in front of this painting. |
| Aphrodite (Feat. Stevie and Daniel). We had to get a few pictures of this very famous statue of Aphrodite, and for this one, we gave Aphrodite some clothes. Sort of. |
| I love this picture just because it is such an awkward picture:). It is in the Louvre courtyard. |
| The cameraman did a good job. This looks kinda cool. |
| Mom and Tori got some chestnuts that had been roasted on an open fire ... I (Dan) am not really a fan, but mom loves them. |
| In front of Notre Dame there are SOOO many pigeons, and they will go on your head and arms. It is really cool. |
We took a lot of group pictures, but I really like this one.
Bye till next time, Dan. |
