Adventures in the Netherlands!

Greetings.  Brad here.  We are on the tail end of a great two weeks in the Netherlands.  I have been teaching a course on Augustine at Tyndale Theological Seminary, on the outskirts of Amsterdam.  Great students and a great group of folks here at Tyndale.  Good gospel-work in this country, and training students from literally all over the world.

When not teaching, we have enjoyed the area.  A lot of fun.  Here are some fun pictures of the children on our Netherlands adventure.

Our first journey into Amsterdam itself.

A little tired after spending some time in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.  This is an amazing museum, with the Dutch masters and much else!

On the way to the bus station to head into Amsterdam.

We spent a great day in Leiden.  Here we are at St. Peter's Church.  John Robinson, the pastor of Pilgrims who had settled in Leiden, has a plague in his honor in this large church.  The church he pastored actually met in his home, across the street from the church.

On the way back to the train station in Leiden, in the cold and rain!

At the Leiden train station, on the way back to Tyndale Theological Seminary.

Almost home in the cold and rain, after our time in Leiden!
